I want to export activities such as calls, meetings, and every touchpoint we had with the customer as a json file to analyze data as an event, not as object data. Can I do this without an API?
Hey! Here’s a similar community thread with a great response from Karsten. At this time, API work is required in order to export what HubSpot calls “engagement” data (calls, tasks, emails, form submissions, etc.).
Depending on what you’re trying to accomplish, you may be able to find some workarounds within HubSpot. You’re able to report on most engagement activity within HubSpot and, depending on your subscription level, you may have access to attribution reporting.
