I have a user who submitted a exercise for review and it shows she failed when she completed the exercise.

When taking a look at this in the backend for @Jsweeney The following exercises have been marked as ‘Failed’ :
She would need to redo these exercises but, if she has already done them please ask her to either add to this thread here or she can message me directly with screenshots of the completed work. I be able to take a look them with my team to make sure that they are being graded properly.

Hello! These exercises were indeed completed, but were never reviewed. Then appear to have been automatically failed after about a week or so of time. The exercise were completed to the requirements, but don’t appear to have been actually graded.
