We have a marketing event that we have used eventbrite to book people in on, clients are able to book an appointment slot between 10 - 4pm friday which are 40 minutes long, we would like to be able to book these into the sales peoples diaries in bulk.
They are appointments, so hubspot user David, will have appointments available at 10:00, 10:40, 11:20, 12:00 and so on and so on until 4pm. Hubspot user Nigel will have appointments starting at 10:20, 11:00, 11:40, 12:20, and so on and so on until 4pm.
We have a property on hubspot called ‘Ticket Type’ which shows which time the event attendees have booked on for, for example ‘Client one’ has booked on event brite the ‘Friday 10:20am arrival time’ that would mean she would be booked into a slot with Nigel rather than Dave on Friday at 10:20am. Is there a way or even an external app that would be able to link a calandar or schedule some how? So i can automatically link it to each sales person depending on the ticket type that they input?
