Error Message when downloading certificate

Hi HubSpot Academy team,
I completed the Digital Advertising Certification, but I’m getting an error when trying to download my certificate.

The error says:
“There was a problem loading this page. Something’s gone wrong. Refresh the page or log in again. If this keeps happening, please contact support.”

I’ve tried refreshing and logging in again, but it still doesn’t work. Could someone help me access or download my certificate?

Thanks for posting in the Community!

We appreciate you confirming that you’ve attempted to log out and back in. Could you please also try:

-trying to access this certificate in a different browser (it you’re using Chrome, for example, please try in Safari)
-trying to access this certificate in an incognito window
