Hi,
I have an issue when I try to create my first live chat.
I am new on Hubspot and I added the plugin on my wordpress website : https://www.coursdepatisserie.fr/
I followed the instructions to create the first chaflow to have a livechat on the homepage. Everything goes well till the end, an error message appears and finally the test doesnt work, I don’t receive any test message in my box, and no live chat on my website : Screenshot by Lightshot
I tried again directly on my Hubspot account, it was the same error. Then I wrote to one of your colleague to try to help me on your own livechat. I tried again with a private navigation and also after cleaning cookies/caches. Still the same error.

From what I understand, you tried to create a chatflow via the WordPress Plugin, and then again within HubSpot and you get the above error messages, is that correct?
Would you mind sending me a screenshot of the error within HubSpot, as well as explaining what exact steps you are taking before getting the error message?
The more screnshots and explanations we have, the easier it will be to troubleshoot this.

Très bien voici donc le déroulé de mes actions sur Hubspot pour créer un premier chaflow et les screenshots correspondants.
- J’ai cliqué dans l’onglet “créer un chaflow” : Screenshot by Lightshot
- Puis je clique sur “Site Web” : Screenshot by Lightshot
- Puis “Chat en direct” et suivant : Screenshot by Lightshot
- Puis je laisse sélectionnés “Inbox” et “Français” avant d’appuyer sur “créer” : Screenshot by Lightshot
- Puis je valide un texte : Screenshot by Lightshot
- Maintenant que je vous dis ça, cela a finalement marché pour créer un chatflow alors que la dernière fois pas du tout.
- Je continue donc : Screenshot by Lightshot
- Bon et à priori ça marche maintenant : Screenshot by Lightshot
Cela mettait peut être du temps à ce que mon compte soit validé..

Merci en tous les cas pour votre aide. Je vais maintenant télécharger Hubspot sur mon téléphone portable voir si c’est possible de directement recevoir les notifs dessus.
