My website is connected with Hubspot, but when logging in on my website in the last weeks I always get the message ‘app.hubspot.com is refusing the connection’. Is there anyone who can help me with this? My website: https://talentat.work
Hi @JoSpiertz,
Thank you for reaching out to the Community!
Do you have a screenshot of the error message you’re seeing on your end? Do you also have a full URL to your website? The one included appears to be broken. The more information and screenshots you can include and share the troubleshooting steps you have tried, the better the community can assist.
Thank you,
Kristen
Dear Kristen,
The website url is: https://www.talentat.work/
The first message that I get when opening hubspot on it is this:
It’s all in Dutch, but what is says is that I have to log in and to connect the website. Connecting to the website seems to be succesfull, but then I get this message: app.hubspot.com has denied the connection.
Is this clear for you?
Regards, Jo
Kristen,
A correction: according tot first message the website is connected, but I have to sign in to use the plug-in tools. And for this app.hubspot, com denies the connection.
Regards, Jo
Dear @JoSpiertz,
Thank you for the screenshot and details! That was very helpful
In order to determine if this is a caching issue, may I get you to clear your cache and cookies, please? I’ve included a couple of step-by-step articles below from Google below for you.
Google | Clear cache and cookies
If you’re able to see it in Incognito but you’re not able to see it in the normal browser, there’s then a high likelihood that there’s an extension or an ad blocker that’s blocking this page. If you can try these steps out and let me know how you get on, that’d be great.
Thank you!
Best,
Kristen
Thanks Kristen, deleting cookies and cache was the solution! Regards, Jo
