Clicking SKIP in User Guide generates "app-na2.hubspot.com refused to connect." error

After installing HubSpot All-In-One Marketing - Forms, Popups, Live Chat version 11.3.33 and MWB HubSpot for WooCommerce version 1.6.4, I successfully connected my HubSpot account to WordPress. However, whenever I select HubSpot in the left WordPress menu and it goes to the User Guide, if I click on any button that says SKIP, I get a blank page with a sad face and the error “app-na2.hubspot.com refused to connect.”

I’ve tried everything I can think of, including clearing the browser cache, ensuring that it accepts 3rd party cookies, and disconnecting & reconnecting my HubSpot account to WordPress. Nothing works.

Does anyone else have this issue and, if so, have you resolved it?

Clem

Hey @MagicAuction - thanks for posting in the Community!
I’m not personally familiar with what could be causing this behavior, but I’d like to tag in a few Community experts to see what we might be able to figure out together! @Phil_Vallender, @Anton, and @alyssamwilie - any insight here?

Thank you for your assistance in this. It’s been rather annoying. Hopefully, one of the experts has some feedback on this.

Respectfully,
