Error 1007 - Cloudflare error

Hi team,

My boss can’t log onto Hubspot and is getting Error 1007 access denied message.

We are using the Gmail app too but she’s the only one experiencing this issue. I’ve asked her to clear her cache and unfortunately, she’s still getting this error.

With the Gmail app, if she logs and tracks emails, unfortunately she gets bouncebacks.

Any insights appreciated.

Hey @scalein

Could you confirm if you’re using a VPN to access the site? If so, can you try disabling the VPN and also try refreshing the DNS for the device.

I can confirm that this was the issue - my boss’ husband installed a firewall/vpn and no longer allowed Hubspot!
