When a task is associated with multiple objects (a contact, a company, and a ticket), HubSpot has a default hierarchy for displaying the “primary” associated record when a task is opened. This hierarchy is not a user-configurable setting, and it often prioritizes contacts.
100% want this, but in a slightly different way. For us, the option to define a “primary object” association label (label limit = 1 primary object per task) so that running your task list always takes you to that object.
We use a lot of workflow-generated tasks (for things like contract renewals, etc.) and it makes no sense having this contract renewal task take you to the contact when the info you need to send the mail is within the contract (or within the deal the workflow created alongside the task).
