Currently, HubSpot workflows allow users to clone individual actions or branches, but the cloned content can only be inserted into one specific location at a time. This becomes inefficient when users need to replicate the same logic across multiple branches, especially in complex workflows with repeated conditions or automation steps. Manually cloning and placing actions repeatedly is time-consuming, error-prone, and affects productivity, particularly for larger teams managing multi-path automation.
Feature Request:
Introduce a multi-branch cloning enhancement that allows users to select one or more target branches when cloning actions or branches. This feature would enable users to clone a set of actions once and drop them simultaneously into multiple workflow branches. It could function through a “Copy to Multiple” option or a reusable clipboard-style interface, dramatically improving workflow building efficiency and consistency. This enhancement would make HubSpot workflows significantly more scalable for power users and enterprise teams.
