.eml / .html file types

Hi everyone

I was hoping someone might have a great suggestion for viewing .eml / .html / .msg files types in HubSpot, without having to download the file and draggng it into an email program?

Any advice?

Hi @CShiers,

HubSpot doesn’t have a built-in file viewer outside of the file manager. The file manager unfortunately does not support .eml, .html or .msg, see here: Supported file types and sizes

Your best option is still to view these outside of HubSpot.

This is ridiculous, HupSpot is supposed to handle emails on a daily basis… and can’t open emails :disappointed_face:
