I as an application provider, want the HubSpot knowledge base to be visible right inside my application. I don’t want my users to go out of the application, sign-in into hubspot or register for hubspot and hinder them from accessing the knowledge they need within seconds.
Currently SSO approach doesn’t work with me as I have different customers and environments. Access Group does not work because every new user needs to register into hubspot which is not ideal.
Every user who can access my application should be able to access the knowledge base without any additional actions.
For that, I want to embed the knowledge base inside my application.
