Hello Hubspot Community, I connected my personal email to hubspot, but I can’t recover all my old emails, how can I do to have my old emails back ?

This wouldn’t be a Hubspot issue, this would be problem with your Gmail or Microsoft email. I’d reach out to their support team to recover the old emails. Are you connecting your personal email to the conversations inbox or just linking it under settings?
