Emails no longer sending

How can i solve that my hubspot account no longer will send emails.

We had a notification rhat we had too many hard bouncbacks, so we cleansed our data but we still cant send.

Please advise?

Hi @HAmalfi,

What exactly is the notice that you’re seeing in the email marketing tool? If you’re on the free tools and it says that the suspension is permanent and cannot be appealed, then that’s unfortunately exactly what it is. You cannot use the tool anymore. You can still use other features in HubSpot but the email tool will remain blocked. There isn’t any way to appeal a suspension in the free CRM.

If the suspension is not final yet, you should see steps you can take to prevent a permanent suspension.
