email tracker is notifying me when i open a sent email i had tracked in my sent items folder that it has been opened by the recipient when in fact it was me

There are steps you can follow to suppress these kinds of self-open notifications: Block self-open email notifications with the HubSpot Sales Outlook desktop add-in or Chrome extension
