I have a complex module for emails that is programmable.
But I couldn’t get the personalisation to work.
After trying everything else;
- adding string filter (I know it doesn’t work, but if you don’t try you don’t know)
- moving the token to a rich text field as default text
As a final test ik created a second module with the contact properties I needed. I added it to the email template. And now the contact properties work in the complex module.
I didn’t need to set the second module programmable.
So if you have problems with personalization in your module, this could be a solution.
