Email personalization token check / confirmation

The issue: My team uses email templates with personalization tokens (both automatically populated ones like the name of a customer and placeholders where team members must manually input content) to correspond with customers. Currently, if I go to send an email to a customer where plaeholders must be filled in, but I am moving quickly, I can still send the email with fields such as [[MISSING PLACEHOLDER - #]] in the body of the email, instead of the number that should be in that spot to make the message make sense.

The result: team memebers moving efficiently, missing placeholders, and embarassing / unprofessional emails being sent to customers with fields such as [[MISSING PLACEHOLDER - #]] included instad fo teh correct information. Yikes.

The solution: A quick pop-up reminder before emails can be sent that says “This email includes placeholders that appear to be missing information. Please review message and click confirm to send.” with the placeholders highlighted in red in the emaik draft.

This way a team member is prompted to check their work and look resolve blank placeholders and customers get the right and complete information.
