Hi! One day about 1-2 weeks ago, I started to get this error pop up every time I send an email. The error says “your email was sent without tracking”, but I checked both the log and track boxes and there is a bcc of the HubSpot email with the number on the sent email. I have everything checked in my “Email Log and Tracking Settings”, so I am unsure what to do. I cleared my Chrome cache, uninstalled and reinstalled Hubspot extension, updated Chrome, tried it with a VPN and without a VPN. Nothing seems to work unless I uncheck all the settings, but then what is the point if I can’t track the opens of emails? Any help much appreciated. Thank you.

By any chance, have you recently made changes to privacy settings in your HubSpot portal (Enabled GDPR)? If you have, it wil be necessary to set Legal Basis to Process for your contacts. Without this, open and click tracking will be disabled for all emails.
Hello, I’ve got the exact same issue and it started occuring at about the same time.
I’m using chrome, and I already tried the following :
- remove and reinstall hubspot extension
- clear cache and cookies
For the record I use the AdblockPlus and Ghostery extensions, but they are disabled for both gmail and hubspot, and I don’t want to quit using them.
I am also using those extensions. I wonder if that is the issue. But I also do not wish to stop using them, so I am unsure how to proceed. Still haven’t resolved the issue…

their plugin works with these highly popular and mandatory extensions.
Dismissing this annoying window every time I send an email is excruciating!
I think I solved the issue, at least for me. There is an interaction between ghostery and the hubspot extension. I found out by disabling the ghostery extension and sending a new tracking email. When I do that it works.
But I do not wish to disable the ghostery extension, so in the ghostery options, I added hubspot.com as a trusted domain.
Trusting the hubspot app, which corresponds to app.hubspot.com, is not enough.
