When I have send email to contact from CRM then email is not send and display following error.
I have also connected personal email with hubspot.
Connect your personal email.
Any one help?

Have you clicked on the “Learn more” link the error message?
Based on the error message there is an issue with the recipient’s email - which has either bounced, does not exist, or had previous deliverability issues.

This is usually displayed when an email attempt is made for a contact who has previously bounced.
I’d like to share this article which explains all the possible email errors, I’d recommend taking a look 
I also wanted to share this knowledge base article where you can find all the email bounce types.
