Email not saving

Hi

I’ve been trying to do an email (newsletter thing) since yesterday but I keep getting “There was a problem saving” please try again. It’s whenever I make any changes or try to add photos. It seems to save bits but very spasmodic.

I’ve since just tried it in Safari (I was in Firefox) and it’s now working so could be a developer issue.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Hi @AllyRRS,

Have you tried disabling all Firefox extensions and clearing cache and cookies? If that solves the issue, you can re-enable extensions one by one to see if there is one that is in conflict with HubSpot.

Thank you - I tried the cookies and cache first which did the trick so didn’t need to delve into any extensions.
