We sent a marketing email and it looks different depending on the version of Outlook that the recipient is using. The email appears just as it was designed when recipient is using current version of Outlook. But the email has extra blank bullets and space when the recipient is using older version of Outlook.

Is this email created using the drag and drop editor or does it have custom elements?

The created email uses a very simple component structure for bullet points. Outlook should even visualise it correctly. I assume you got some HTML code error in your markup for this blog. Can you switch to the code view and post it here? Or, simplest, just start over with he blog again. You can also test the email for the different email clients directly from HubSpot using the top right buttons.
