Edit call properties

I’m not sure why I can no longer edit all Call Properties.
Everything is marked as “Created by HubSpot”. I was sure that we had team members that created some of those call properties. I was able to edit one call property a few weeks ago but now I can’t. It now says “This property is provided by HubSpot and can’t be edited.”

Could you give an example of which properties you created and which one you’re not able to edit anymore?

I can’t remember which properties were created by my team members, but the property Call and Meeting Type, I can no longer edit. I was able to add an option to that property a few weeks back.

@AIndolos these can be edited by following these steps: Create and use call and meeting types

(This requires a Sales Hub Professional or Enterprise subscription. If you were previously on a trial or have downgraded, that would explain why you can’t edit them anymore.)

Hey @AIndolos

some standard HubSpot properties cannot be edited once they are in use,

meaning once they have started gathering data.

That could be reason why you were able to edit before and not now (of course ruling out that your permissions have changed and have been limited.)
