I have a non-hubspot form and a hubspot form and entries coming on the hubspot forms is getting recorded as submissions on the non-hubspot form as well. This is causing duplicates on the database. How do I stop this?

In this ss, you can see that Drivers License Verification form is filled
which is a hubspot form and automatically it says that the user has filled
contact us form as well on the top which is a non-hubspot form.
I don’t want this false information to come because the user hasn’t filled
the contact us form.
