Duplicate meetings

Hi,
When I create a report my meetings are counted twice because we also create a meeting by making a playbook. How can I sow this because we want to make a report where we can count the number of meetings.
Thanks

Hi @JvanVloten4 and welcome, we are delighted to have you here!
Thanks for asking the Community!
Could you please share which data source you are using (without confidential data) and which type of report you are using, please?
I’d like to share this article “Analyze meetings” that might be of interest.
Also, these similar threads might help you:
- The solution from @karstenkoehler on this post “report on booked meeting via Hubspot meeting tool
- The solution from @karstenkoehler on this post “Create a report showing number of meetings per user last 14 days
- The solution from @HFisher7 on this post “Reporting amount of meetings with a certain contact
I hope this helps!
Thanks and Happy Holidays! :snowman:

Hi Berangere, I replied on my own message and I think you did not see it. Hereby the reply to your message. Hopefully you can help me.
Thanks for your reply Bérangere, I have read the article and other questions. My question is a bit different. I want to measure all meeting planed over the last 30 day’s. Since we also use playbooks to log the meetings, and the playbooks are logged as a meeting, the meetings are counted twice.
For me it would be ideal to keep loggin the playbooks under meetings. Hopefully there is another solution to filter meetings from playbooks in the report.
Hereby the information:
- Data sources: (primary) Companies, (Secondary) Activity’s

- Type of report: I am not sure what you mean, I used “Customer Report Builder” --> “choose my own data Source”. Below some printscreens for more clarification:
