We recently started using the Hubspot meeting tool for several of our sales reps.
I’m trying to find some reporting on this but the only “statisitic” I can find is the total number of meetings booked per meeting form.

I would like to monitor the usage, make sure we are in control (don’t miss out).
Is there a way of creating a more detailed drill down:
# meetings booked over a period of time
# with who (sales rep vs prospect/lead/customer)
Hi @ViktorFranzen,
It looks like you’re using a Starter subscription. Custom reports (which offer a lot of flexibility) are a Professional feature but even within a Starter subscription, there quite a few default reports you can access.
Navigate to Menu > Reports > Reports > Create report and type in “meeting” in the search bar in the top left corner. HubSpot will return all meeting related default reports which you can customize and save to a dashboard.
Let me know if you have any follow-up questions!
Hello Karsten,
Thanks for you reply.
We have marketing professional / sales starter seats.
I’ve checked these reports but can’t seem to find a way to get a detailed report on just meetings booked via the embedded meeting pages on our website.
As far as I can see they all deal with all meetings booked (via Outlook or the Hubspot interface).
Kind regards,
Viktor Franzen
Hi @ViktorFranzen,
When creating a single object activities report, you can pull the “Meeting source” in.
Navigate to Menu > Reports > Reports > Create report > Single object > Activities. Under Filters, specify the date range and filter for Activity type “Meeting”.
In the tab Data, click Add Activity Property add Meeting source.
In the tab Visualization, drag and drop Count of Activities and Meeting source.
This will tell you where meetings are coming from:
Best regards
Hi Karsten - is there way in the reports to see if the meetings had been booked through the company website only?
Hi Karsten,
I’m trying to build a meeting report but it’s mixed internal meetings with potential ones. what I would like to do/try to do is capture the meeting logged as the key for all the meeting reports. do you have any recommendations on how should I create it?
Thanks
Ohad
