It would save so muche time to be able to move easily the different blocs when building a chatbot conversation flow. Same for copy paste!!

yeah, this is giving me a migraine today. Lots fo complex answers to questions, actions, in a number of chatbox builds, but haven’t found a way to grab a part of one, or a branch, and copy it over. have to do tons of back and forth, bit by bit, hoping I get all the branches right, etc.
Ditto. Have to re-do every chat when needing to make changes at this point.
It would be great and save so much time of me having to recreate the branch every time.
Spent hours building our chat bot over the past few days, now learned i can’t clone multi choice answers for another chatflow, makes no sense to me when cloning is such a great tool in other parts of the system
I have spent too much time building chatflows that could have been done more efficiently if there were simple features available.
-Drang & drop components of chatflow.
-Copy this component within the flow and (bonus feature would be copying components to other chat flows including entire branches)
This is needed. Should work like your current workflow copy and paste actions.
We have mobile and Web products and want a consistent support workflow.
Maintaining this across the production and pre-production accounts is a nightmare.
Can anyone from @hubspot comment on if/when copy/paste to might work?
Export/Import would be even better. Especially if it’s a simple text format (JSON or YAML).
Then doing text/copy updates would be even easier.
Updating a fresh dev environment would be a cinch!
