We use forms to collect information. We also ask for document uploads. We want the upload feature to allow Drag and Drop, as that is the most user friendly option for the customer (especially when uploading multiple files from multiple folders).
Can you please accomodate this?
Very much would like this feature too, as it’s something that slows my team down considerably - would like drag and drop for all attachments to Hubspot, rather than select file, as we have to put things in desktop then attach, otherwise it takes forever.

Yep I think this really needs to be reviewed - Why is Hubspot limiting Capability here. We are now damaging the customer experience and potentially losing business due to the customer putting it in the “too hard basket” and going elsewhere.

I was looking for a good place to put my request for muliple files to be more user friendly. Even just being able to ADD another file rahter than haveing to select muliple files from one upload dialogue window. Currently the fact that your reviosuily selected file is REPLACED when uploading is not a good user experience at all!
We also use form fields internally across teams to attach files to tickets, companies, etc. Some of our users have requested this drag and drop functionality to be present for the file-type properties…thanks!
