Download Document from Libraries = Name Failure

A PDF document saved in Libraries will download and place “+” symbols in every space within the name.

In Example. A file saved as Test File for Contacts will download as Test+File+for+Contacts.

This makes it possible to download a document and send it to a customer without editing the name to its original name.

This is a straightforward programming fix (we operate a software company)

Hey @TEllis6 at the moment HubSpot uses url encoding for the file url and the name. So spaces can’t be used. You could open a feature request within the ideas board to request this as a new feature within the software and pass this on to the HubSpot product team.
