I can’t download the certificate after changing my name. The download button is disable and I am not able to click on it.
I tried on different computers and cleared my cache but it doesn’t work at all. It is still the same issue. Appreciate much for your advice.

Thansk for reaching out! Above the badge code you should see a little toggle asking you if you would like to make the certification shareable. Can you please try toggling it on? Also, I would like to quickly note that we have made recent security changes to the Academy certifications that will prevent you from accessing the cert via a download link. The download button will just download the cert to your computer.
If you do need a link to the certification, please let me know via DM!
