I’ve installed Docusign to sign our deals.
We want to make use of the ID verification system, offered by DocuSign, but this options is’nt available in the Hubspot integration.
Can I somehow turn this on?
Hey there! Unless they’ve changed the interface, last I saw this was an option as of a year ago. When you’re on the deal, and you go to the docusign card on the right side of the screen(see screenshot 1) and click send from a template. Then the ID verification is on the recipient selection screen(see screeshot 2). If the option is not there then it could be some settings on the docusign admin side that needs to be updated. When I add a recipient to a document, I can only choose for a SMS verification:
When I’m at the overview step, I get a docusign window where I can edit the receivers again, and there, I can choose other identification methods, as configured in DocuSign.
This is, of course, an extra (complicated) step in our process.
