Hi, I’m trying to setup Slack integration, but I’d like to connect different channels for different types of activity. However, I only saw the option of integrating one channel with the inbox.
My plan for each channel is:
- new_closed_won_deal: Slack notification for new sales WON in a new channel
- new_deal_support_request: Slack notification from new Deals created in a new channel
- client x: update info on related company and contact’s history
Makes sense?
Did you ever get what you needed here? I ask because we’re making a more configurable Slack app for HubSpot at getharold.net, and I’d be more than happy to chat about adding this level of control for notifications.
Hi! I actually stopped trying and we ended up doing most things manually
(handovers between teams, copy-pasting interactions with clients, etc. ).
I’m pretty sure we’re missing out on important data/history, but we had to
make do.
