I recently got access to HubSpot but I was not able to connect my personal mail and calendar. Since admin was also new he had only a vague idea how to do it. It would be great if you can add a window or button where the user can request access to the admin - while the admin gets a direct link and ‘how to’ details as a mail or notification, making it easier for both the parties.
I think both the admin and user will be able to save a lot of time and be productive using this.
