One feature I miss for my business is having different types of contact ‘templates’ with associated properties. To keep it clear and organized, it would be nice to have some kind of dynamic properties based on the type of contact so that only the information relevant to that contact type is shown.
In our case, customers have many more properties than leads, so the contact page of leads has a long list of irrelevant properties. If the contact type determines the shown properties would make everything tidier and easier to work with. Having dynamic properties or different contact templates would save a lot of effort for the CRM efforts and for the sales team.
