Hey I’m in the prospect workspace and I’m trying to filter by properties on the contacts but I can only filter by properties on the lead which contains different data than on the contact properties.
This is the response I got from your help desk:
“I don’t believe its possible to filter by contact properties since the leads in the prospecting tool are separate from contacts. I am double checking to confirm this for us”
This makes things very difficult on my IT team and impossible for me in Sales Managent to have a congruent set of properties to sort by, which then requires two completely different set of property data.
Leads and Contacts are two completely different OBJECTS, with different properties - why do I need to create a new object type with new properties?
