I have a published form (“Quiz Checklist Signup”) with a working
simple workflow attached (trigger: form submission). I also have a
separate, published automated marketing email ready to attach.
When I click “Details” on the workflow’s “Send email” action to
select which email to send, the side panel never opens or populates
— no content appears, even after waiting 60+ seconds, refreshing the
page, and testing in a completely fresh incognito browser session
(same result both times, on two separate days).
Business impact: this is blocking a working lead-capture and
follow-up email system for my small business — I have no way to
automatically deliver a promised resource to people who sign up
through this form, so I’ve had to build a temporary workaround
outside HubSpot instead.
Has anyone else encountered this specific bug, or found a workaround
for the Details panel not loading on a form’s simple workflow email
action?
