Since we are creating a sandbox, I need a breakdown of how this will work when it comes time to go live in the Production side of HubSpot. Will everything need to be rebuilt?
or there is easir way to do it like in products updates but I can’t find anything related to sandbox like Product updates > All > New Standard Sandbox
Hi @M_ElShibiny,
You can find the documentation for deploying here: Create a sandbox and deploy changes to production
Let me know if there are questions that are left unanswered after reviewing.
Best regards!
@M_ElShibiny can you confirm that you’re definitely enrolled in the new sandbox beta and that you’re a super admin? HubSpot Login and Sign in
The manually assigned name suggests that you’re using a new sandbox but this looks like the old version of the sandbox to me. You need to enroll into the beta to get access to deployable sandboxes.
Hi @M_ElShibiny
What you currently have is still one of the old Sandbox from which you can not deploy into production.
The new interface looks like this:
Hi @M_ElShibiny
Totally understand the confusion here. HubSpot has two parallel sandbox experiences right now, and only the new Standard Sandbox supports real deployment into production.
What you’re seeing in your screenshot is the older sandbox interface, which behaves like a separate portal with no deploy actions. HubSpot’s deployment steps only appear once the account is enrolled in the updated sandbox rollout and the user is a super admin.
(Create a sandbox and deploy changes to production )
Once you have the new version active, you’ll see the “Deploy to production” workflow inside Actions. If it’s missing, it usually means the portal isn’t enrolled in the beta yet or the sandbox was created before the new rollout.
Migrating to the new sandbox gives you a cleaner path, but anything already built in the old sandbox won’t auto-transfer. If your team keeps a lot of config and data mirrored between environments, Stacksync can keep those structures aligned in real time so switching between sandbox and production doesn’t require rebuilding associations or object data by hand. Hope this helps.
