What is the best practice for deleting Products from the Products Library, What about those that are associated with Closed Deals?
Will deleting these immediately change the deal? Or will nothing happen to the deals?

We don’t attach a product to the deal but a line item to the deal. A product library is a store of objects that record information and when it’s put on a deal it becomes a different kind of record called line items.
Line items are associations to the deal and a separate object of their own, in that, deleting the product off the product library means that you can no longer be selected to be a line item but preexisting line items will still be there.

Why when I pull a report of “Products”, do all the “deleted” ones show up? Is there a way to permanantly delete them or make it so the reports show only what is active in the system??
