Hi,

I spend months setting up automations my account a few years ago, now, I accidently found that is deleted because of inactivity (250 days).
I do not read emails regularely and this came as a shock.

I do not understand how this platform can just delete an account with so much effort invested.

The fastest way to request the recovery of your inactive account would be by submitting the form at the end of this page: Recover your inactive HubSpot account

The request will then be reviewed and if everything goes well, your account would be reinstated.
