Delete meetings

Hi,

I just realised that I connected my personal calendar to Hubspot, that all my persona meetings were visible to all superadmins and other user profiles.

First thing I did was to disconnect my personal calendar, so that Hubspot stopped registering my personal events from my personal calendar.

Second thing I did was to delete my personal contact from the contacts list.

After this, my personal events keep in the meetings section, and are visible to some people.

Theses meetings can’t be accessed or deleted.

Then I tried to create again a contact with my personal email in order to try to access these meetings from this contact, and try to delete them. But these meetings don’t appear in this contact.

Can anyone help me in telling me how to delete these meetings?

Are you referring to meetings on a contact record or meetings showing in the meetings tool itself? Are you seeing an error message when you try to delete them?

Hi Kristen,

I see this report with activities that are imported from my personal calendar.

As well, I can see in some places meetings and activities=meetings, but I can’t access them to delete them.

Thank you for these screenshots and for your patience while looking into this. I’m not able to delete engagements (meetings) like this from my reports either.

As a next step, I would recommend connecting with HubSpot Technical Support, as this is a deep troubleshooting matter. They will be able to provide real-time assistance where you can provide direct links to the reports in your portal and screenshots.
