Hi guys,

people have booked meetings with me via hubspot which I would like to cancel due to lack of time. How do I do that from my end?

How to cancel (Google Calendar) meetings booked via HubSpot??

Go to your Google Calendar and delete each meeting. When it asks you to send notifications, answer ‘yes’. This will both notify meeting attendees AND update their contact timeline in HubSpot. Each meeting will be deleted from the contact timeline (almost immediately).

Note: You’ll only see this behavior if you’ve integrated your Google Calendar with HubSpot.

Hi Frank,

I can’t seem to get that to work. I deleted the meeting from Google Calendar and it still shows up in the activity timeline. Maybe I’m not integrated in Google Calendar properly? When I first set up Meetings it did ask me to connect with my calendar and that seems to work fine. It sets up the meeting properly on my calendar. Do you know what I might be missing?
