Default image sizes in emails.

When composing an Email to a contact and adding an image, it would be more efficient to be able to set the default sizes for all images. Both the size they get placed at and the “quick link” sizes (these currenlty come in at 250 and 400 pixels wide). When sending dozens of emails a day that all need the images to be a certain size, manually resizing them is a time sucker.
