Hello, I need help creating a report to show a specific type of deal. Here’s the thing: Our sales team attended a couple of conferences where they gathered some leads. We uploaded a couple of lists with those contacts and then created deals for them. Now we need a report of deals showing those deals only. Is there any way to filter those deals coming from those lists?
Hi @kevinrauda49,
Yes, to do so you would use the custom report builder: Create reports with the custom report builder
When choosing the data sources, set deals as primary data source and additionally select contacts. Now, when you set up the report, you can apply a filter for contact list membership and specify your conference list. HubSpot will now only pull deals into this report if they’re associated to contacts on that list.
Let me know if you have any follow-up questions!
Hey @kevinrauda49
Yes, you can create a report based on a specific list
or an attribution report of deals by a specific campaing (if you the conference as a campaign or Events as a general campaign to attribute efforts)
Hope this helps
Hey @kevinrauda49 ,
Just read through the replies to this, sounds like you’ve found a good solution.
Measuring the impact of conference leads (which tend to take a lot of time to mature) is something cohort analysis is generally pretty good at! You should check out the (free) tool we’re building to do this. - https://sales.studio
