Getting a list of contacts who belong in a list of deals

Hi folks,

I currently have an active list of Deals from 2024 that I’d like to reach out to via email marketing and reengage.

Is there a way to get all the contacts from these deals and then export them so my sales team can review them?

I’ve tried this method but it is highly manual and we have hundreds of deals.

Hi @AC106,

If you have a deal list already, do the following:

  1. Create a contact-based list
  2. Click ‘Add filter’
  3. Change ‘Filtering on’ dropdown from ‘Contact (Current object)’ to ‘Deal’
  4. Select ‘List membership’
  5. Find you deal list and confirm/save

HubSpot will now return all contacts associated to deals on your deal list.

Here are the filters that you could use to create a list and get all the contacts associated with active deals from 2024:
