I have several dashboards within my deals, for example: “potential lead”, “new order”, “delivery/pick up”, and “completed”.
When I am moving a deal over from one to the next, HubSpot is changing the “close date” of the deal to the previous day. For example if the close date is October 17th, when it gets moved from say, “deliver/pick up” to “completed”, the close date changes itself to the 16th.
I am running a home bakery, and the close dates are vital. Every time I move a deal to a different section, I am having to go back into the deal and edit it to switch it back to the proper date.

Not a glitch, a setting - which you can change under Settings > Objects > Deals > Pipelines > Automate > Templated automations:
What qualifies as a closed stage can be set where you define the individual stages and probabilities.

Unfortunately that’s not what is happening. It isn’t changing the close date to the current date when I move it to a different dashboard. It’s picking a random date. And it doesn’t happen every single time, but it happens probably 90% of the time. For example, just now I moved an order over from “deliver/pick up” to “completed”, where the close date was set for November 24th. When I moved it over to completed, it changed the date to November 25th. (It’s currently December 18th).
It consistantly changes it’s own date to either the day before it was set to, or the day after. It’s not changing the date to the current day.
Hopefully this can be resolved. Because it is quite frustrating to have to go back and edit the deal almost every single time to the correct date.
