Deal not created when same customer completes form a second time

I’m running into an issue where a Hubspot Contact form we host on our website only creates a deal on the first submission of the form. It’s a pretty simple workflow - customer submits form, deal gets created. It works the fist time, but if the customer submits a second time with the same email, no deal is created.

Any ideas of what could cause this?

Hi @KStAngel,

It sounds like you haven’t enabled re-enrollment for your workflow:

By default, a record will only enroll in a workflow once.
