I would like the option to customize Ticket notifications based on what Pipeline the ticket is in. For example, there are pipelines where I would like my team to be notified each time the ticket status changes and other pipelines where change in ticket status is not imporant, thus no notification needed. The current setting (Hubspot settings > Notifications > Settings > Tickets: “Ticket status update Get notified when a ticket you own or follow changes status.”) is all or nothing, meaning no customization capability.
I’m looking for the same functionality as well. Have you found a workaround for this?
