This has been requested by many users before: Customize Meeting Reminder & Meeting Booked Emails
While it’s currently not planned, I’d still recommend upvoting and commenting as the product team sometimes re-evaluates these requests based on their popularity.
You can make it easier for others to find the request by accepting this post as a solution so it gets more visibility.

So I’m thinking of using another solution for meetings. It’s a basic feature that is needed.
This would be a great feature; even basic branding on the confirmation page would be appreciated. Currently it is quite bland.

Even without adding design customization, you could just enable text editing at the bare minimum. For example, we are using the “meeting” scheduler for appointments, so it would be good to change the confirmation to appointment. Also, it would be great to say “we look forward to meeting” instead of “I look forward to meeting”, etc.
This would be a nice feature to custom-brand the meeting schedule invite and confirmation.
