Hello hubspot, I wanted to know if there’s a way to set custom templates for when adding notes and using emails when responding to tickets. I’m working as an employee.

Yes, there is a feature for this that allows you to customize and insert text block.

For full emails, you can use templates: Create and send message templates

For text blocks, you can use snippets: Create and use snippets

If you’re asking whether there are out of the box templates, ready for use, then no, there aren’t. This would be an area where ChatGPT could be very helpful to get you started with some default templates.
