I would love to have a function where i can change th icon of the chat on the website aswell as the color of the standard chatbubble icon.
This is a quick fix and let cusomeres easily make more stunning webpages.
Seconded! It would be great if the chat widget icon could have an option to upload an image, instead of just being able to change color. I have received multiple requests for this in support.

We have a customer that manage 20 different brands and they need the widget to change the color position and icon per brand
Yes, it’s odd that we can only change the icon in position A.
We’d need to be able to change the icon in position B as well.

Having the icon in fixed place, at fixed size, means that it is blocking useful content on some pages. I’d like to be able to do the following -
- Replace the icon with a semi-transparent version
- Have the user close the icon if they don’t want it
