Customer Service Communication Subscription Type

We sometimes need to send service related emails to a subsection of our contacts when we have service related incidents. On the subscription type I can see Customer Service Communication but I can’t select it.

How do I send an email with Customer Service Communication subscription type please?

If you need to send something to your database outside of Opt-In preferences you would need to purchase the transactional email addon to allow emails to be sent outside of consent.
